Come as you are. This day was made for you.

We acknowledge with respect that this retreat takes place on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, specifically the lands of the Quw’utsun (Cowichan) Tribes, along with the Malahat and WSANEC Nations.

We honour the long-standing relationship Indigenous Peoples have with this land, and recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization. As we gather here for rest, connection, and healing, we do so with respect for the stewards of this land—past, present, and future.

🥗 What about food and dietary needs?

A beautiful banquet-style lunch will be served by Grow Wild Farm, with many ingredients sourced locally.
We accommodate all dietary needs and restrictions—you’ll receive a short form after registering to let us know what you need.

🧠 Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No formal diagnosis is required.
We recognize there are many barriers to receiving a formal diagnosis. If you identify with the ADHD experience or suspect you may be neurodivergent, you are welcome here. This retreat is a supportive space for women who want to feel understood, accepted, and at ease—diagnosed or not.

🌸 Why is this retreat just for women?

By creating a space just for women, we make room for shared stories, deeper safety, and a sense of being seen without explanation. It’s a chance to connect with others who just get it, and receive support in a setting designed specifically for how women experience ADHD.

The experience of ADHD in women is often uniquely misunderstood—and frequently underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed as anxiety or depression.

Many women grow up masking their symptoms, carrying invisible struggles, and feeling like they have to “hold it all together” while silently burning out.

We also hold this space with a deep respect for women of all backgrounds, body types, races, sexual orientations, and lived experiences. We aim to co-create a retreat environment rooted in kindness, acceptance, and accessibility for all who attend.

🧘‍♀️ Do I need experience with yoga, mindfulness, or breathwork?

Not at all. Everything will be beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and optional. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels best for you—whether that’s moving, observing, or simply resting.

🎒 What should I bring?

We’ll send a full list closer to the event, but generally:

  • Comfortable clothes for movement and weather

  • A journal

  • A water bottle

  • Anything you need to feel grounded (e.g., noise-canceling headphones, slippers, etc.)

  • Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Who this retreat may not be the right fit for:

To maintain a supportive environment, please note this retreat is not a clinical mental health program.

It may not be suitable for individuals who:

  • are currently experiencing acute mental health crisis

  • need intensive therapeutic support or clinical supervision

  • are seeking treatment for conditions beyond the scope of coaching and yoga practices

We want everyone to feel safe and supported, and we recognize that some people may benefit more from a higher level of professional care than this space is designed to provide.

If you're unsure whether this retreat is the right fit, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to chat and help you decide.
